Description

Dropbox is a personal cloud service (also known as an online backup service) used for file sharing and collaboration. Dropbox software is available for Windows, Mac and Linux desktop systems. Also, this application can be downloaded and used on iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry devices.

This service provides users with 2 GB of space for free and up to 100 GB with paid subscriptions. The Dropbox service provides users with even 350 GB of space for group use. User information is stored in Amazon Easy Storage (S3) and protected with SSL and 256-bit Advanced Encryption System (AES).

After installing each software, a Dropbox folder will appear for it. Users can save their files in these folders, add new folders and use the drag and drop feature. The files in the Dropbox folder can be accessed wherever they are connected to the Internet, and the user can upload, download or share them by logging in to their user account.

To share their files, users can create a link for them on the Dropbox website and send that link to others. To share folders, you can use the invitation letter on the Dropbox site. Recipients who do not have a Dropbox account must register first. After sharing the folder, all users can see it in their account and record the desired changes. All versions of the files will be saved.
